Staying safe while buying or selling a home with Team Reign

We are living in uncertain times; we would like you to know that safety and health is our priority. So, Team Reign has put in place the following protocols to protect our clients and prospect buyers:

For sellers:

• Leaning on virtual practices to take place instead of open houses
• Requesting sellers to wipe down all knobs and light switches before and after showings
• Leave lights on, doors open or any other area that will commonly be touched
• Inquire information on prospect buyer’s health or contact with sick people before showing it
• Provide all pertinent documents to prospect buyers for review prior to any showing
• Requiring prospect buyers to drive by the home prior to the showing
• Limit showing to only who is buying the home (No kids, relatives, friends)
• Providing gloves, masks, sanitizers for showings
• Remove shoes prior to entering home
• Ask to not touch surfaces in the house while showing
• Only Realtor to attend home inspection
• Discussing virtual closings offered by attorneys
