How to make ( and keep ) your New Year’s Resolution
Every end of the year we tend to make resolutions for the following year, usually to ditch bad habits and/or start new better and healthier ones. Those resolutions have been known to not stick pass February of every year.
Here are some tips to be able to accomplish them, according to Self Magazine:
- Make smaller resolutions
- Set specific goals
- Write down your goals
- Make your goals public
- Plan you followthrough
- Check in with yourself regularly
- Celebrate small successes
- Remember that is OK to slip up, but get back on track
- Don’t rely on others to accomplish your goals
- Stick with what works
- Believe in yourself
